How long does a bulk order take to complete?
That depends on a few things! What product you chose, how complex your design is, and how many units you order. We generally quote 1-2 business days to process your design and 5-7 business days for production depending on the quantity and availability of the product you chose. These timeframes are estimates and are subject to change depending on how quickly you approve your proof, the invoice is paid, how large your order is, and our current workload.

How is pricing determined for a bulk order?

• Quantity of the product you chose; higher quantity orders get better pricing per unit.

• The complexity of the engraving - a complex logo or graphic is going to take more “run time” (how long it takes the laser to complete the engraving) than a simple phrase or name.

Do I get to see the designed product before production starts?
Yes! Orders are not started until a proof of the design has been approved by you.

Can I bring you something to engrave?
Unfortunately, no. Not all products are created equal, meaning that we only use products that we source from our vendors that specifically engineer them to be laser safe. So to keep you (and us!) safe, we only engrave on products offered in our catalog.

Can you engrave copyrighted logos or text?
Great question, complicated answer. If you are the owner of the copyrighted material or have a licensing agreement with the owner of the copyright, we can engrave those logos and graphics with express written permission from the copyright owner. Otherwise, if it’s copyrighted, and it’s not yours it’s a no for us, dawg.

Do I have to pay before my order is started or when it is finished?
All orders must be paid in full prior to the start of production.

If I live in the Austin metroplex, can I just pick my order up?
Yes! We can arrange for local pickup by appointment only. Just let us know beforehand that’s what you’d like to do so we can note it on your invoice.
